experience has taught us a lot

In the last few weeks thousands of websites have been hacked!

In most cases the hack was the equivalent of some kid's graffiti but many certainly were not.

Why the rise in attacks on our online presence? The reasons are many, websites that haven't been updated properly, but that isn't a new thing. Certainly we are doing more with our sites than ever before, but I'm not sure that's a reason either.

When I talk to other developers the matter of AI comes up. Have the days of the lone hacker sitting in their darkened basement tapping on their keyboard passed? Sadly I think they may have done and we are having to deal with the mass hacking by AI.

It can't be told loud enough KEEP YOUR WEBSITES UP TO DATE and BACK UP.
